Store Policy

She'Rae Boutique's shipping policy is as follows: There are three shipping options our customers can select at checkout.  Local in person or contactless delivery, standard shipping and in store pickup.  If local delivery is selected you'll receive your merchandise within 24 hours of purchase. If standard shipping is selected you'll receive your merchandise within 2-4 business days depending on location.  If in store pickup is selected  you'll receive a confirmation with a pickup time within 24 hours of purchase.  Both delivery and in store pickup has an option of cash on hand as well.  The fees for these services are at the checkout section.

She'Rae Boutique's return and exchange policy is as follows:  We ask that you read and understand our return policy then let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing. At this time we are only offering store credit for returns. We do not refund  back to your original form of payment.  Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.  Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in store.  *Items must be in original condition and within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit.  Discounted/Sale items are final sale.  Please note returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival.  When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves.  She'Rae Boutique does not provide shipping labels for returns at this time but will provide a discount on the shipping fee for the new items.  Lingerie and accessories are final sale.  *Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed.
